Keeping in Touch: 5 Alternatives to an Ezine
My response is usually something like, if it's going to be an albatross, then don't do it! But since they know that they must stay in touch with their email list on a regular basis if they want to have a successful and sustainable business, they are usually stumped for what to do instead.
Here are five ideas I typically share with them:
1. Evergreen Ezine
I first learned of this concept on a teleclass last year, and it seemed so simple that I was amazed that I hadn't thought of it myself - which is usually the reaction I get from my clients as well when I suggest this.
An evergreen newsletter is one that's content is applicable all the time. It's not based on trends or on what's hot in your industry at the moment. It's solid need-to-know information that is based on principles or strategies that rarely change.
To create an evergreen newsletter, you would simply gather your content for as many issues as you plan to publish, create each issue and then drop each one into an autoresponder system to go out automatically at whatever interval you set.
This method takes a bit of work on the front end, but then you 'set it and forget it' until you run out of issues. Then you can let it simply repeat or create a new set of issues by repeating the process above.
2. Ecourse
You can create an ecourse, which is simply a series of emails that shares valuable information with your reader over a period of time.
This is a method I use myself. When you sign up for my mini-ecourse, you also get a subscription to this ezine. I could simply offer the ecourse as a stand alone, though if I did, I would add more days to the series (say from its current 5 to 26) and send them out every couple of weeks as a way to stay in touch with my list.
You set up an ecourse in an autoresponder service, so it's another 'set it and forget it' option once the initial work is done.
3. Audio Tip
If you prefer to talk than type, then consider an audio tip. When I coach clients who are just starting their written ezines, I remind them that it doesn't have to be longer than one valuable tip for each issue.
The same is true if you would prefer to create an audio keep-in-touch vehicle for your list. A colleague of mine sends out a 1-minute audio (and video) marketing tip each week and it's hugely successful.
The easiest way to create and publish audios online is through an inexpensive service like AudioAcrobat.
4. Blog
A blog can be a great alternative to an ezine IF you love to write and are willing to post regularly, if you use search engine optimization to increase your blog's exposure to your market on a continual basis, and if you put a subscription form on your blog so your readers know when you add a new post.
You can start blogging for free at blogger.com or very inexpensively with Typepad (which is the service I use for my personal and business blog).
5. VIP List
Invite people to sign up to receive special offers from you. Many of us do this in our personal lives for places we frequently shop (a quick look at my inbox reveals offers from Eddie Bauer, Old Navy, Red Envelope, etc.), so know that people will sign up to receive discounts and other special offers from you if you invite them to do so.
It's best to use this strategy with a group of people who have already gotten to know you a bit, say from a live event or if you have a blog where you stay in touch with people by posting on a regular basis.
BONUS TIP: If you're writing a regular ezine now, you can add one of these methods as another way to stay in touch with your list, as some people who are on your list may not always read your ezine, but may listen to a short audio or may prefer to read brief posts at your blog instead. Giving your list options as to how they recieve your message will increase your ability to connect with more people in your niche.

Commercial Metal Buildings
There are many advantages to choosing commercial metal buildings over the more traditional wooden structures. Metal buildings, such as steel buildings, are often quicker to build because most companies offer kits with a pre-arranged design.
Commercial metal buildings are also strong and sturdy, which makes them a great option for areas that have extreme weather. Many report that choosing commercial metal buildings over the traditional wooden structures can also help save money.
There are so many companies that offer commercial metal buildings, choosing one can be overwhelming. Below is some advice that will help you choose the metal or steel structure that best meets the needs of your company.
First, decide what type of metal building you require. Commercial metal buildings span a whole range of options including whole building construction, storage facilities, air plane hangers, etc. Some companies specialize in buildings with certain uses, whereas others take a more generalized approach. If you need several types of structures, picking a company that has many different services is your best bet.
Next, determine your budget. You may have specific budget needs, or perhaps you are waiting to see how much your desired structure costs. If there isn?t enough money in your budget to spend on what you need, consider taking out a loan or a mortgage. Ask your financial advisor for the best options.
Once you choose the company and decide on your budget, you will have to pick your specific design and see to its construction. If you are knowledgeable and skilled in the building craft, you can probably construct it yourself with a team. If not, hire an expert. Even if you are skilled, hiring an expert to help because it can help save time.
Commercial metal buildings are a great alternative to traditional wooden structures. Researching which type of metal or steel building is best for your company can be a long process. However, the benefits of these types of structures outweigh the disadvantages, thus making the process worth it.

Umbrella Strollers The Must Have!
Most parents go out and get that huge, expensive stroller that has everything a baby could possibly need on it. While this isn't a bad thing, sometimes it just isn't the best thing to haul around with you everywhere. The majority of these bigger strollers are just too bulky and don't open easy enough when you have screaming kids you are trying to control in a crowded parking lot. So what do you do?
You buy an umbrella stroller to keep in the car, that's what! These strollers are lightweight, cheap, and open with just the flick of your arm. Sure, they don't have four cup holders, and sure, they don't have a shopping cart underneath; but if you are in a hurry they can be a lifesaver.
Umbrella strollers generally range in price from ten to twenty dollars, and you can purchase them anywhere. They come in almost every color you can think of also, so you won't have to worry about having one that is just too ugly to show in public. These strollers slide easily into small spaces, like the floor board or the trunk, and are very lightweight, so you won't hurt your back or arms trying to pull them out of the car or closet and open them.
These strollers also have a very easy set up and fold down, generally this can even be done with one hand if needed. A small, red clip that is easy to see and lift is usually the only thing you will need to pull when folding up these type of strollers.
So, even if you have one of the larger, more expensive strollers, an umbrella stroller is just something that you cannot live without. They can be a lifesaver when you are in a hurry or just don't want to lug that big stroller out again.

Stroller Types Explained
There are many different types of stroller, each one designed to meet a specific need. Often families will own one or more of these strollers and use them as and when the need arises. This article will attempt to explain the main types of stroller to help you decide which stroller is right for you and your family. It will also briefly explain the advantages and disadvantages of each type. The types of stroller discussed are:
- lightweight or umbrella strollers
- standard strollers
- double, triple or quadruple strollers
- jogging or all-terrain strollers
- travel system or car seat strollers
Lightweight strollers, sometimes known as umbrella strollers, are as the name suggests, light in weight and therefore easily stored and convenient to use. They lack some of the features of their more heavyweight counterparts. These strollers are not suitable for younger infants (4 months and under) because they often, but not always, lack a good quality reclining seat. They also lack durability and comfort. However, they are perfect for short trips to the shopping mall or for traveling because they are so lightweight and convenient. They are an economical and can easily be used as a spare stroller for those quick trip occasions. An example of a lightweight stroller would be the Zooper Swing.
The standard type of stroller are your everyday strollers. They are heavier than the lightweight stroller and can come equipped with an array of features such as toy bars, snack trays, drinks holders, etc. They are more versatile and invariably have more comfortable seating, better maneuverability and a larger storage capacity than lightweight strollers. As they are heavier and larger, they are not as convenient to store and can be more trouble than they are worth for the short trips. They are more comfortable, safer and come in a variety of styles and colors. They are more expensive than lightweight strollers but are well suited for family outings, traveling and most everyday activities. The Zooper Waltz or the Zooper Tango are examples of standard strollers.
Double, triple or quadruple strollers are, as their names suggest, for those of you with more than one child. They tend to be more bulky , for obvious reasons. Serious consideration must be given to the seating arrangements for these types of stroller. Some strollers allow children to sit next to one another and others allow children to sit one behind the other or in tandem. Which you choose depends on whether you want your children to ?socialize? with each other or to be kept apart. It should be remembered that having a side-by-side seating arrangement can cause difficulty in maneuvering, due to the extra width. On the other hand, a tandem seating arrangement can cause arguments about who gets to sit up front! Remember to choose reclining seats for younger children.
Jogging or all-terrain strollers are not just for the health nuts amongst you. They can be very useful for those of you who simply like to get out about more often, in parks or just about anywhere. The main features to look out for in this type of stroller are their wheels, suspension and steering capabilities. They make excellent everyday strollers but can sometimes be bulky and difficult to fold and store. These type of strollers are not recommended for children under six months old. The Zooper Boogie is an example of a jogging stroller.
Travel system or car seat strollers offer convenience for busy parents. Basically, they consist of seats that can be easily attached to your stroller and your car. No need for two separate, and sometimes costly, seats. Before buying this kind of stroller you must check the compatibility of your car.
Manufacturers are creating innovations to stroller models yearly, making it very difficult to choose from the vast array of features and models out there. Choosing the right type of model is the first important step. Work out what type of stroller meets you needs best. Are you looking for versatility or a stroller for a specific task such as shopping or jogging? Remember, sometimes, it may even be necessary to purchase more than one stroller type.

How To Make Your Own Board Game
First of all, you have to gather your materials. It is important to take durability into consideration when selecting your raw materials. The more long-lasting the material is the more games you'll be able to play with it.
Chess, Checkers or Go
If you are making your own chess game board, you must decide what to replace your chess pieces. Stones and beads are the popular choices for board game pieces. In chess, since the king is the biggest piece, reserve the biggest stone for that. Stones, in fact, were first used as pieces in games like Go. For chess, if you are using beads, choose the largest one for the king or use a distinct color for each piece. And since the Queen symbolizes femininity, reserve the pink bead for her. Almost anything can be used to serve as playing pieces. If you have a figurine collection, you can use them as well.
If you know how to carve, you can use leftover wood to create your board pieces. Then use paint or varnish for a finishing touch. Coins can also be used as markers. The lists of possibilities are endless!
Different board games need different game pieces. Some may require a dice as well as a deck of cards and poker chips. For your convenience, it may be better to purchase these items instead to make sure they're uniform. While you're at it, you may need to purchase some permanent markers, scissors and a ruler as well to make your playing board.
Rudiments: Boards
You can make your own game board from different things. You can use an illustration board or spare plywood to draw your playing field. If you want your game board to be portable, you can even use a cloth, which you can easily fold after playing.
Just make sure that the material you use for your game board can easily be laid flat. If not, you'll be spending most of the time leveling it while playing the board game. If you love the game, it is best to invest your creativity in it, as well as some money, time and effort. A nice board for your playing pleasure will affect your mood while on the game.
Packing It Up
Now you have your board game set. However, you are not done yet. You also have to consider other important things such as the storage of your entire board game set. If the board you made is small and convenient enough to store in a portable box, you can bring it anywhere you fancy. If you made a large one, look for a cool, dry place where you can store and easily retrieve it.
If you store your board in a hot place, the markers may fade right away. If you are using cloth for your board, do not fold it when storing it. Roll it up or keep it flat in an envelope so that no crease will disturb your game pieces once you start the next game.
Making your own playing board and pieces will help you play your favorite game without spending too much. Moreover, your improvised board game set will be uniquely your own.

A Comet in the Industry
If there ever was such a thing as a short-lived success, it would be probably used to describe the GM (General Motors) marketed automobile brand, Geo. The Geo failed to thrive even after less than a couple of decades, and yet its fleeting existence in the automobile industry produced a few models which have been and still are favorites of a number of people.
Primarily formed by GM to rival with the swelling import market during the late 1980s, they marketed Geo and sold it through Chevrolet dealerships peppered throughout North America from 1989 in the United States. It was only sold in Canada beginning 1992. The line persisted until the 1997 model year, and the remaining models joined the Chevrolet lineup after that period. The last and most popular model of Geo, the Tracker, was discontinued after 2004.
Geo's sprinkling of models were manufactured by General Motors with Japanese import manufacturers for joint ventures. Each Geo model are all well-known in their own ways despite of the short period of time that they flourished, but the ones who really made their mark were the 1994 Geo Metro, the Prizm, and the Tracker.
The 1994 Geo Metro was specifically designed after the Suzuki Swift, and was available in three options: a three or five-door hatchback, a four-door sedan, or as a convertible. A subcompact car, the 1994 Geo Metro initially had a 1.0 L 3-cylinder engine power plant. Also, a larger 1.3 L 4-cylinder engine was available, and the result was that the Metro became Geo's most economical model in terms of gas mileage, and this reputation stayed with the Metro for 12 or 13 years that it was in the market.
An integrated four-door sedan, the Prizm was patterned after the Toyota Corolla Sprinter. Although the Prizm is a chronic harvester of automobile awards (including the Consumer's Digest Best Buy), the Corolla outsold the Prizm without fail. The perceived reason for this is because of the higher value of the Toyota brand. And the fact that it was competing with a brother model, the Cavalier, did not help its popularity. Chevrolet marketed the Cavalier as a premium entry level sedan and the Prizm as entry level compact sedan. Gradually the Prizm became a redundant model, and it was discontinued after 2002.
Geo's longest running model is the Tracker, and its popularity is largely credited to its versatility. It was a part of the primary lineup of Geo models in 1989, and continued under Chevrolet until 2004. The Tracker is a light sports utility vehicle which was based on the Suzuki Vitara. It is available in a convertible or hardtop configuration, and has a choice of two or four seats. The prospective owner has a choice between rear-wheel drive or a 4-wheel drive. Packaged as an all around vehicle, it can either be a cruising-around-town joyride car, or an off-road rugged vehicle. And the fact that it was resistant to rolling (thanks to its soft suspension) contributed to its success.
Perhaps not as bright (and as long) as the rest, but the Geo sparkled with a charm of its own, and that's why a few is still up and running today. Geo parts are also available for the market, to ensure that the Geos that still runs until now continues to be in good shape. The Geo had a comet-like existence in the industry: short and fleeting, but shone brighter than the rest.

CD Label Printer
What Type of CD Label Printer is Right for You?
Do you own a computer? How about a CD or DVD player? Have you ever copied CD?s so that you could have one copy in the car and one in the house? Do you save your digital photographs onto CD?s? Are you tired of guessing what is on each of your CD?s or writing on them with markers? If you answered yes to any of these questions, keep reading. We will explore the advantages to having and using a CD label printer.
Before rushing out to purchase a CD label printer, you will need to do your research. A great place to start is by visiting a local computer store. While these types of establishments are in business to sell to you, they can also be a wealth of valuable information. There you will find a number of different models, options and price ranges for you to compare side by side.
Your decision as to which label printer is right for you will greatly depend upon your needs. If you want to print a label or two every now and then, you can get a simple printer that does one disc at a time. However, if you are making CD?s for a band or a photography CD for a sports team or business meeting and a large quantity is required, you may need a machine that can burn, print and label CD?s for you in one step.
The one-at-a-time label printer does just that, prints one CD label at a time. Typically, you will burn a CD with whatever material you wish, next the label is printed and then stuck/stamped onto the top side of the disc. This process is then repeated with each and every disc that you make. These types of CD label printers are low cost, generally, anywhere from $30.00 to $45.00 and are available in many stores.
If, however, you need to print a large number of CD?s, you may need and/or want more of an commercial type of a label printer. This machine is actually capable of completing the whole process for you in one easy step. It burns the CD?s, prints the labels and affixes them to the top of your CD?s all without you needing to step in for any reason. It can do large numbers at once, saving you time. You will, however, pay for this convenience as these machines start at around $1,000.00 and go up from there.
Once you decide on which label printer is right for you and your particular situation, it is time to play. This is the step where you get to learn exactly what it can do and, of course, what it cannot do. Most brands will provide some sample labels for just this purpose. The first thing that you should do is read your instruction manual. While this may not be very much fun, it can save you lots of head aches and ruined labels down the road.
After the manual has been, at the very least, leafed through, let the playing begin.
Simon Oldmann has been using label printer for researches for the last few years, the experience he gained using label software has been of great value to him. Simon is currently writing tips about CD Label Printer for zupatips.com

Tips On Choosing The Right Backpacking Boots
If you are going to be venturing out into the wild then you need to have the right backpacking boots on your feet. This means the backpacking boots that will be comfortable, the backpacking boots that will give your feet the support that they need and the backpacking boots that will have good tread and grip on the earth itself. You do not want to end up sliding down some slippery slope now do you?
Everything that you do outdoors will be enhanced when you are wearing good backpacking boots, without these you would be better off staying indoors! Your entire body is affected by what your feet go through. Everything that you do to your feet is going to be felt everywhere, your back, your shoulders and of course your legs, even your neck is affected by your feet. If you do not wear good backpacking boots you can throw your whole alignment out of place and that is something to be avoided at all costs.
It is a fact that your backpacking boots are the most important piece of equipment that you will have at your disposal when it comes time to actually go backpacking. If your feet are not happy then your backpacking trip is going to be terrible, there are no two ways about it. So make sure that you have only the best backpacking boots on your feet when you go out.
There are two main types of backpacking boots out there today, the first is leather backpacking boots. These are great backpacking boots as they will wear well and be comfortable. These boots are the most expensive kinds but they will last you for a very long time, even if you wear them all of the time. They can even be sprayed to be absolutely waterproof, which is a great kind of backpacking boot to have on when it gets wet out, which it does often.
There are some drawbacks to these kinds of boots though. The biggest drawback is the price of these leather backpacking boots. The price can sometimes be offset when you take into consideration how long they will last however, so remember that. Another minus point about these leather backpacking boots is the fact that they can take a little time to break in. In the meantime they can be very uncomfortable, and they may even cause blisters and painful swelling in your feet and ankles.
The other kind of backpacking boots on the market today is the lightweight kind. These are comfortable from the get go and much more affordable. They tend to wear out faster and so you will have to buy new backpacking boots more often. Just remember that no matter what kind of backpacking boots you buy they need to be able to keep your feet,, ankles and legs well supported. They should also feel good to walk in. If you feel well supported then these backpacking boots are probably a good fit for you.

Time To Start Looking For A Maternity Swimsuit
Time To Start Looking For A Maternity SwimsuitSubmitted By: Amy Jarman
Swimsuit season is fast approaching and with Spring Break coming up many expecting moms may find themselves heading to some warm beaches for vacation destinations. Whether you are headed to sunny beach destination or just signing up for a water aerobics class, there is a good chance you will need a maternity swimsuit at some point in your pregnancy. There is also a good chance that you will not, and should not, try to fit into your pre-pregnancy swimsuit. Fortunately there are a lot of cute styles on the market to choose from in maternity swimwear. Here are a few ideas:
Halterkinis and Tankinis and are wonderful alternative to a solid one-piece or an all out bare all bikini (which most of us don?t have the guts to wear when expecting ? or otherwise!). The Halterkini and Tankini or some other word derivative with more or less the same meaning is a 2 piece suit with either an adjustable halter tie top or tank style straps and a belly skimming top. Bottoms are usually below the belly and sometimes have adjustable side ties ? which is good if your hips seem to be growing at the rate of your belly during your pregnancy! The Halter and Tankinis usually come in a wide variety of solids and patterns. Sometimes the bottoms are a solid with the top a pattern which gives a cute accent. Both of these styles of maternity swimwear allow you to be a bit flirtatious and stylish while not flashing a big pregnant belly to the world if that?s not your thing.
The Babydoll style is an even more modest yet fashionable style to choose from if you want full belly coverage and more bottom and hip coverage too. Prego Maternity Swimwear has both a Tank BabyDoll and Halter BabyDoll styles that come in a wide array of colors and patterns. Both of these styles provide maximum bust support and have high fitting bottoms that fully cover your belly and a dress style top that covers your bottom too without looking prudish.
If you are looking for flattering tummy coverage in a pool lounge maternity swimsuit, then the Strapless Mini is a good option. The mini comes in a variety of solids and patterns and often has a removable halter string for a little extra protection if you do decide to brave the waves or swim a few laps. The mini often gives more bottom coverage with the top and has separate bottoms.
If you do need a good solid one piece maternity swimsuit, The Prego Empire Tank gives amazing bust support and a real sports fit while still allowing plenty of belly stretch. If you are looking for a cute pattern in a one-piece, the Maternal America Halter Keyhole Swimsuit has come back this season in a super cute Turquoise pattern as well as in the bestselling black and brown solids. The Keyhole Swimsuit is an excellent hybrid of a fashion swimsuit with a flattering look which you can wear to swim.
Finally if you are brave enough and fit enough to wear a bikini when pregnant, you must invest in a maternity bikini because nothing else will fit completely right. Maternity bikinis have adjustable tie halters with a good amount of support and little extra room in the bust. The bottoms are stretchier than a non-pregnancy suit.
So whatever your maternity swimwear personality, there is a flattering style out there for you and probably in your choice of color or pattern. Most maternity swimsuits are made with plenty of spandex to take you through your entire pregnancy. Padded bras are usually preferable and add a little extra support for maternity swimwear, so check your online product descriptions or call the store if you are shopping online for your purchase. So, have fun in the sun and don?t wait until the last minute to find your perfect suit.

Baby Car Seats Essential For Your Babys Protection
A good number of general problems of nearly all parents are selecting the finest baby car seats from amongst the scores of alternatives - each one with its individual protection aspect - that are being put across in the marketplace. The response to this is anything that fits the baby at ease, fits in the car securely and is inside the financial plan is the finest baby car seat, which any person can come across.
Every one of the baby car seats, or for that subject all that has got to do with automobile protection, has to clear the similar federal crash trails and security features. Baby car seats, which are agreed upon by the authorities has the guarantee of protection, and the goals that are laid down has to be cleared by every one of the companies. It is pointless to state, that even the most low priced baby car seats put across in the marketplace had to go through the similar crash trails and will at all times save the children from harm against collisions, given that these are appropriately set up.
Additional aspects are all right but all that adds up to the price of the baby car seats. Exorbitant charges do not all the time stand for the most excellent, because there is no most excellent car baby seat. A few additional aspects will merely be significant if it can be made use of but the car seat have got to fit the baby foremost.
After you have selected the baby car seat, which you approve of, the subsequent article on your listing is to go through the company instruction guide. The most luxurious and numerous aspects baby car seats will be of no utilization if the companys instruction booklet is not studied in detail because they might have unique necessities in relation to particular fittings and utilization.
In any case, the similar standard will be relevant. Infants and children, who weigh up less than twenty lbs, ought to be made to sit in the direction of the back of the vehicle. If the kid is by now a year old but still less than the requisite weight restrictions, then the suitable baby car seat have got to be the convertible sort but the kid still has to be made to sit in the direction of the back. The convertibles are capable to be built in to look at the fore, which may possibly be a fine readiness when the kid goes beyond the weight restrictions.
Car seats for just infants are little transportable seating that are frequently a component of a baby carriage. It has 3 to 5 point strap ups and is able to be made use for kids till the weight of twenty two lbs. The seat is typically obtainable with a removable bottom for ease because it suggests that you are no longer needed to set up the seat each time it is made use of.
Larger baby car seats are made use for bigger and older kids and they usually face the front. Similar to the baby car seats for just infants, this is obtainable with a 5-point strap up as well. Additional aspect is a T-Shield with a padding, which is joined to the shoulder band and a tray with padding like above the head guards that dangle down about the kid.
Car seats for babies, regardless of what the nature is includes one item that is common - they are all planned to save the baby from harm against every unseemly mishaps that may possibly take place for the duration of the tour. And just like a security belt, which is joined on the seats of the car to strap up grown up passengers, car seats for babies give protection to the little kids on the vehicle.

Hentai Game Review Desire
Hentai games take the player into a world of fantasy - of their own making, aided with story lines, visual effects, and interplay of sex and adventure. The game Desire is one such hentai game that allows the player to interact with the story as it unfolds on a remote island. The story as such is fictional and a typical movie theme - military weapons and journalists trying to expose the game.
Desire is the name of a research institute built on a remote island by a financial group. The outward appearance is that of a military research institute, but rumors circulate about hidden activities.
To find out the truth and expose the culprits, a young journalist is sent by a socially involved newsgroup. He is granted access to visit Desire. This is when the real action begins. All kinds of events take place - murder, bomb threats, etc.

The Best Indian Restaurant In London
The Best Indian Restaurant in London is easily The Bombay Brasserie in South Kensington and it is in it's own class. It belongs to the 5 Star Hotel Chain called The Taj Group, which is owned by India's largest and oldest vehicle manufacturer - TATA.
The Best Indian Restaurant in London is easily The Bombay Brasserie in South Kensington and it is in it's own class.
It belongs to the 5 Star Hotel Chain called The Taj Group, which is owned by India's largest and oldest vehicle manufacturer - TATA.
Tata who also recently bought the Jaguar car company opened The Bombay Brasserie in 1982 - which is also by pure coincidence the year that I got married Alas !
This restaurant is extremely popular with Indian and English Clients and the Eat As Much Gourmet Food As You Like Sunday Lunch is only ?20, which is a bargain by all counts for a 5-Course Deluxe Meal.
There is a soup as an aperitif, this I usually miss, so that I have plenty of room in my belly for the rest of the scrumptious delights.
To begin with there is a huge range of starters, too many to put here, but the Pani Puri deserves a mention as it is Pure Traditional Indian Food and not available elsewhere in the UK.
A good selection of Fish, Fowl, Meat and Vegetarian Main Course Dishes ensue with rice and Freshly Baked Bread.
Then there are usually three or four sweet dishes, if you still have space you may follow with Western Coffee or Indian Tea to round off your Perfect Indian Meal.
Now that's not bad for ?20 you must admit.
Furthermore you get the nice sedate atmosphere, that only a quality restaurant can give you and the ambience has always been great on the many times that I have been there in the last twenty plus years.
It's a Good Choice whoever you are trying to impress and the Service is more than acceptable, though I would not shout about it - deliberately understated I think.
You may be interested in reading what the London Evening Standard has to say about my favourite Indian Restaurant.
It's Top Food Critic wrote the following:
Back in 1982, The Bombay Brasserie brought with it a sweep of grandeur and an intelligible interpretation of the regionality of Indian cooking and at a stroke altered the preconceptions of a cuisine that had long been immured in yards of flock wallpaper and all purpose sauces.
Well if you are convinced, then pick up your telephone, and give them a call now - and find out what you have been missing for all this time, or you will never know, will you ?

Music & Emotions: Can Music Really Make You a Happier Person?
How many times have you turned to music to uplift you even further in happy times, or sought the comfort of music when melancholy strikes?
Music affects us all. But only in recent times have scientists sought to explain and quantify the way music impacts us at an emotional level. Researching the links between melody and the mind indicates that listening to and playing music actually can alter how our brains, and therefore our bodies, function.
It seems that the healing power of music, over body and spirit, is only just starting to be understood, even though music therapy is not new. For many years therapists have been advocating the use of music in both listening and study for the reduction of anxiety and stress, the relief of pain. And music has also been recommended as an aid for positive change in mood and emotional states.
Michael DeBakey, who in 1966 became the first surgeon to successfully implant an artificial heart, is on record saying: Creating and performing music promotes self-expression and provides self-gratification while giving pleasure to others. In medicine, increasing published reports demonstrate that music has a healing effect on patients.
Doctors now believe using music therapy in hospitals and nursing homes not only makes people feel better, but also makes them heal faster. And across the nation, medical experts are beginning to apply the new revelations about music's impact on the brain to treating patients.
In one study, researcher Michael Thaut and his team detailed how victims of stroke, cerebral palsy and Parkinson's disease who worked to music took bigger, more balanced strides than those whose therapy had no accompaniment.
Other researchers have found the sound of drums may influence how bodies work. Quoted in a 2001 article in USA Today, Suzanne Hasner, chairwoman of the music therapy department at Berklee College of Music in Boston, says even those with dementia or head injuries retain musical ability.
The article reported results of an experiment in which researchers from the Mind-Body Wellness Center in Meadville, Pa., tracked 111 cancer patients who played drums for 30 minutes a day. They found strengthened immune systems and increased levels of cancer-fighting cells in many of the patients.
Deep in our long-term memory is this rehearsed music, Hasner says. It is processed in the emotional part of the brain, the amygdala. Here is where you remember the music played at your wedding, the music of your first love, that first dance. Such things can still be remembered even in people with progressive diseases. It can be a window, a way to reach them.
The American Music Therapy Organization claims music therapy may allow for emotional intimacy with families and caregivers, relaxation for the entire family, and meaningful time spent together in a positive, creative way.
Scientists have been making progress in its exploration into why music should have this effect. In 2001 Dr. Anne Blood and Robert Zatorre of McGill University in Montreal, used positron emission tomography, or PET scans, to find out if particular brain structures were stimulated by music.
In their study, Blood and Zatorre asked 10 musicians, five men and five women, to choose stirring music. The subjects were then given PET scans as they listened to four types of audio stimuli - the selected music, other music, general noise or silence. Each sequence was repeated three times in random order.
Blood said when the subjects heard the music that gave them chills, the PET scans detected activity in the portions of the brain that are also stimulated by food and sex.
Just why humans developed such a biologically based appreciation of music is still not clear. The appreciation of food and the drive for sex evolved to help the survival of the species, but music did not develop strictly for survival purposes, Blood told Associated Press at the time.
She also believes that because music activates the parts of the brain that make us happy, this suggests it can benefit our physical and mental well being.
This is good news for patients undergoing surgical operations who experience anxiety in anticipation of those procedures.
Polish researcher, Zbigniew Kucharski, at the Medical Academy of Warsaw, studied the effect of acoustic therapy for fear management in dental patients. During the period from October 2001 to May 2002, 38 dental patients aged between 16 and 60 years were observed. The patients received variations of acoustic therapy, a practice where music is received via headphones and also vibrators.
Dr Kucharski discovered the negative feelings decreased five-fold for patients who received 30 minutes of acoustic therapy both before and after their dental procedure. For the group that heard and felt music only prior to the operation, the fearful feelings reduced by a factor of 1.6 only.
For the last group (the control), which received acoustic therapy only during the operation, there was no change in the degree of fear felt.
A 1992 study identified music listening and relaxation instruction as an effective way to reduce pain and anxiety in women undergoing painful gynecological procedures. And other studies have proved music can reduce other 'negative' human emotions like fear, distress and depression.
Sheri Robb and a team of researchers published a report in the Journal of Music Therapy in 1992, outlining their findings that music assisted relaxation procedures (music listening, deep breathing and other exercises) effectively reduced anxiety in pediatric surgical patients on a burn unit.
Music, says Esther Mok in the AORN Journal in February 2003, is an easily administered, non-threatening, non-invasive, and inexpensive tool to calm preoperative anxiety.
So far, according to the same report, researchers cannot be certain why music has a calming affect on many medical patients. One school of thought believes music may reduce stress because it can help patients to relax and also lower blood pressure. Another researcher claims music allows the body's vibrations to synchronize with the rhythms of those around it. For instance, if an anxious patient with a racing heartbeat listens to slow music, his heart rate will slow down and synchronize with the music's rhythm.
Such results are still something of a mystery. The incredible ability that music has to affect and manipulate emotions and the brain is undeniable, and yet still largely inexplicable.
Aside from brain activity, the affect of music on hormone levels in the human body can also be quantified, and there is definite evidence that music can lower levels of cortisol in the body (associated with arousal and stress), and raise levels of melatonin (which can induce sleep). It can also precipitate the release of endorphins, the body's natural painkiller.
But how does music succeed in prompting emotions within us? And why are these emotions often so powerful? The simple answer is that no one knows yet. So far we can quantify some of the emotional responses caused by music, but we cannot yet explain them. But that's OK. I don't have to understand electricity to benefit from light when I switch on a lamp when I come into a room, and I don't have to understand why music can make me feel better emotionally. It just does - our Creator made us that way.

Sexy Strapless Bustiers You Only Need One!
Sexy Strapless Bustiers - You Only Need One!Submitted By: Amanda Cotterill
A strapless bustier is one of the most versatile pieces of sexy lingerie that a woman can own. A well-designed bustier can provide many of the figure shaping benefits of a corset, without the accompanying discomfort. A bustier can be used to provide definition underneath other clothes, or worn instead of a shirt, perhaps paired with a beautiful jacket. Although bustiers and the related basque come in many styles, a strapless bustier provides maximum options. Read on for some important information about this amazing garment.
Basque, Bustier or Corset?
All three terms are often used interchangeably, so it is important to examine a garment to determine if it is what you want, regardless of the label. Strictly speaking, however, there are some design differences. A corset has traditionally been used for figure definition and even waist training, although modern styles are much less restrictive. Nonetheless, a corset laces up, contains boning, and takes inches off the waist. A bustier generally has light boning or a control panel, and is designed to gently sculpt the body rather than confine it. A basque is similar to a bustier, but may not contain control panels or boning, and often has straps or even small cap sleeves. In general, a corset does not feature built-in cups, while the bustier and the basque both do. However, this is not always the case.
Sizing a Strapless Bustier
A bustier is sized according to the chest measurement of the bra size. This can make it difficult to find the perfect fit. Larger busted women may need to go up a size, while those with small busts may prefer to go down a size. If ordering online, be sure to read the size chart and ordering information closely. Also consider trying on a few bustiers in person to decide your exact size.
Strapless Bustier Styles
You can find strapless bustiers in a wide range of styles, from relatively demure to blatantly sexy. The style you select will depend on the ways in which you plan to wear the bustier. If it will be used for body shaping beneath outerwear, select a relatively plain style without a lot of details that may show through your outer garment. However, if you plan to substitute the bustier for a shirt, then the sky is truly the limit. Look for styles with a lot of detailing that add a dressy, glamorous touch.
The Bottom Line
The strapless bustier is an excellent addition to a collection of sexy lingerie. Both practical and functional, the bustier can be worn in a bold and sexy style for the bedroom, a gently body sculpting version underneath any outfit, or even in a dressy and dramatic style in lieu of a shirt. Make sure that you understand how the bustier is sized and follow all ordering instruction carefully. Try on several styles before you buy, and you may even end up making several purchases.
Choose something sexy and you wont go far wrong, all sexy lingerie whether its babydolls, matching bra sets or just plain but very sexy lingerie.

Buying Overseas Property ? 8 Tips to Help You Find Your Dream Home
Buying a property overseas can be exciting and can also make you money. There is a vast amount of destinations to choose from.
Here we will outline 8 basic tips for buying overseas property that will help you find the property of your dreams.
1. Why are you buying?
Be clear of your major objective before buying your overseas property.
You need to decide exactly what you want the property to do for you.
Is it purely for a capital gain to a profit? Or is it for your use mainly as a vacation home?
2. Don?t rush
Don?t hurry or act on impulse.
If you miss one property there will always be another one later. Make sure you stay cool calm and collected and don?t rush into anything.
3. Get professional help
A good realtor and lawyer may cost you extra, but they can save you money in the long term and its money well spent.
They know the local market and the know the local laws and these are areas you will need guidance in.
The laws in many countries are very different from what you?re used to and you need to check all the facts and make sure you?re clear on what your rights are.
4. Do Your own Research
While you should have a good realtor and lawyer to help you, the final say in buying the overseas property of your dreams is with you.
So take advice but don?t take it blindly, make your own mind up and take your time to ensure the property is right for your needs - only you know them.
5. Select your location to suit your needs
Are you buying to get away from it all and immerse your self in the local culture or are you buying to be in a country and still have a large expert community around you?
The type of property you buy will reflect your personality and what you want to get from your investment.
6. Buying a property for investment
If you are buying a property and want it to appreciate in value, don?t go for cheap properties just for the sake of it.
This means avoiding countries where the market is yet to take off and buying one that has taken off and has room for further growth i.e. there is steady investment coming into the market.
New property hot spots come all the time and the sales patter sounds convincing but, most of these markets never take off and a loss.
If you want to make money with the lowest risk you should buy an established market that?s expanding and has good potential for more growth.
7. Buy a property in a place that is popular with locals
If you are buying overseas property as investment property it should be in an attractive area for investors of all different nationalities as well as locals.
This means when buying your overseas property you can sell quickly and at a good price, should you wish to do so.
These areas also tend to hold value well and appreciate over time.
Check out the shops, restaurants, and entertainment in an area. Most people who want to use a property as a holiday home will want to be near shops, restaurants, and other facilities.
Also check the transport how close you are to major airports etc
This is critical not only for re selling, but also if you want a rental income. Most people like easy communications especially in the rental market so check access carefully.
8. Check other developments!
Check other developments that are planned in the area around where you are buying your overseas property.
One day you may have a stunning beach view and the next year this could suddenly be a little different, with a huge apartment block in the way!
Think this doesn?t happen?
Well it happens to more people than you may think, so don?t take the risk check the planning in building that could go on near your property purchase and play safe.
When buying an overseas property, take your time and use the tips above and you are well on the way to buying the overseas property of your dreams - good luck!

Reebok Jogging Strollers Reviewed
Everyone with the slightest interest in sports knows the name Reebok. They make everything from sports shoes to timing devices and have developed a loyal cliental from all around the world. They have recently come out with their own Reebok jogging stroller with most of the features parents have come to expect from good-quality 3-wheel strollers.
This stroller has a rear suspension system that provides a comfortable ride for your child while being easy to push over a variety of terrains. The 16 wheels are suitable for grass, sand, and gravel as well as paved surfaces. If you are serious about your jogging you should insist on a stroller with at least 16 wheels, 12 is only good for smooth surfaces.
If your child feels like sleeping while you are jogging the seat reclines all the way. It should be remembered, though, that babies under the age of 6 months should not be taken jogging, they don't have the muscle control to properly support their heads and the back and forth movement when running could be harmful.
The Reebok jogging stroller, however, could be used as a regular stroller for the first 6 months after your baby is born and then when she is ready you can start taking her with you on your jogs.
This jogger has a fleece-lined boot that keeps your child warm and protected from cold drafts. Other handy features are the cell phone pocket, the adjustable canopy, and the one-hand folding mechanism.
When fully folded the Reebok jogging stroller takes up remarkably little space. The wheels are attached with a quick-release mechanism so taking the stroller completely down is a snap. It can be stored in a closet or the trunk of your car.
The Reebok stroller has been designed so that your child sits well back from the front wheel. This is safer than allowing the feet to come near the front wheel and distributes the weight more evenly for more stability.
We are quite impressed with this stroller. Care has to be taken when assembling that the front wheel is properly aligned otherwise it may pull to one side, but otherwise this is a good choice in a moderate priced jogging stroller.

Why I Choose a Jogging Stroller
I was running on the treadmill at my local gym when a new mother hopped onto the treadmill next to me. Much to my surprise she was holding her baby. I asked her why she was carrying that new baby on a treadmill. She said she couldn't bear to part with her little one, yet still wanted to get a workout in. After about ten minutes she was extremely tired and her baby was crying. Now what? Well within a few days I saw her again. This time she wasn't at the gym. She was running outside the gym. She was jogging behind her nice, new jogging stroller. Mom was happier and her baby was happy too.
I have had several moms' e-mail and ask? Is a jogging stroller right for me? Well there are a few factors to consider.
First, if you prefer to run on the treadmill at the gym then you probably won't need a jogging stroller. However, if you are like me and enjoy running outside and spending time with your baby then a jogging stroller is the best way to go.
When you choose to buy a jogging stroller don't forget important safety features like a hand brake and wheel locks for easy stopping, safety belts and the five point harness. Your child's safety should always come first. The five point harness is great for toddlers and small children.
Also consider your child's comfort. You may want to look into a reclining seat and a canopy. It is also a good idea to wait until your child is holding his or her head up and sitting independently before using the jogging stroller. However, there are safety products you can buy if you would like to use your jogging stroller sooner.
When we're running in cool or cold weather, we may be hot or comfortable in minimal clothing, but a child is not doing the exercise. Don't forget to dress your little one in warm clothes, especially if you're running or walking in the wind. Short runs are best with your child. Competing while pushing your running stroller is not recommended.
I prefer a jogging stroller versus a regular stroller because I enjoy being outside. I have found that my jogging stroller makes it a lot easier to push on non-paved roads and it moves at a faster pace.
For jogging strollersr and other baby products I reccomend mystrollerstore.com

Pushchairs strollers and buggies the most important considerations before you buy
Should a pushchair by practical or pretty? How about easily collapsable or extremely cheap? With hundreds of pushchairs/strollers/buggies available the only way to know what is most important is to ask the parents?
There is a myriad of pushchairs and strollers on the market. Wonderful sounding names such as Bugaboo and Cosatto. Most parents will know of Mamas and Papas - but what are the most important aspects to choosing the right pushchair for your child or children?
Is a pushchair or stroller a fashion statement? You could be forgiven for believing that it is. Many new pushchairs boast ultra-modern designs, colour changing abilities and they come with a price tag to match.
I first became interested in pushchairs when I became a father - obviously! - and like many parents fell into the marketing trap, choosing a pushchair for all the wrong reasons. The right reasons for choosing a pushchair are weight - it should be light, mobility - it should be easy to push, price - it should be affordable and sensibly-priced, it must meet safety standards and it should be a manageable size.
In terms of size this was our first mistake. There are some wonderfully attractive three-wheeler pushchairs/strollers available (the sort you see in glossy magazines, being pushed by celebrities out jogging) but wait, they are not practical on a day-to-day basis unless you intend to go jogging. Try getting through a shop doorway - many are as wide as twin pushchairs.
What if you have twins? Tandem strollers have one seat in front of the other, but if you have ever tried to push one you will realise that trying to wheelie up a kerb-stone is like doing it will a full supermarket trolley.
Then there are tandem buggies that are no longer than a single buggy - but they have really high handles so if you are 5 foot or just a little taller they will be impossible to push.
There are lots of things to consider when buying a pushchair or buggy. I created a pushchair review site so parents could post honestly about their experience to ensure fewer people fall into the huge marketing trap surrounding pushchairs.
There are lots of really positive, good points and there are some wonderful pushchairs with clever designs, good looks and low prices.

Get Fit with a Jogging Stroller
Having a baby is one of the most joyous times of your life and if you were careful during your pregnancy, you probably only gained in the vicinity of about thirty pounds of extra weight.
Women who spaced their children widely apart, say having a baby in their twenties and then another when they were in their thirties; frequently comment that the weight was much easier to lose when they had their first child. There are many factors that contribute to this.
Women in their twenties are generally more energetic than their peers that are a little older. Women also tend to be a little more sedentary in their thirties and this can cause their metabolisms to run a little more slowly. If you've ruled out any physical problems that can make exercising out of the question for yourself and you have your doctor's okay to begin working out again-get a jogging stroller and run your way back to your smaller size clothes.
This is a great activity that you can do with your baby and many jogging strollers have excellent shock systems that give the baby a smooth ride no matter how rough the sidewalk can feel. Additionally, many babies find the rhythm of the running very soothing and take a nap while you get fit.
If you decide to run with your baby during the months when it gets darker earlier; make sure that you're visible. Even if you just jog in the neighborhood. People let their guards down and that's when accidents can happen. Use reflective strips on both yourself and your jogging stroller to ensure you can be seen and avoid accidents during your jaunts with your baby.

Tandem Jogging Strollers Revealed
Parents of twins or two small toddlers don't need to miss out on the convenience of jogging strollers. Many manufacturers make tandem jogging strollers that provide much of the same convenience as single jogging strollers. Pushing around two children also has the advantage of giving you a better workout!
There are two basic flavours of tandem jogging strollers, the seats can be positioned side-by-side or one in front of the other. The biggest problem with the side-by-side design is their width, they may be difficult to manouver around the grocery store aisles.
On the other hand, if your children are seated one in front of the other the one in the back my like to kick and pull the hair of the one in front. This design is much narrower but some parents can't put up with the squabbles that this seating invites. Knowing the temperament of your children will help you to pick the appropriate style.
The other big consideration when buying a tandem jogging stroller is whether the front wheel swivels or not. Fixed front wheel designs are perfect for serious joggers because they require very little effort to steer on long straightaways. When you have to make a sharp turn, however, the front wheel has to be popped in the air, and this can be a major inconvenience in those grocery store aisles.
Swivel front wheels are a good compromise because they can be locked in position for jogging and released when you need to steer around tight spots.
The size of the wheels is also something to consider. 12 wheels are not suitable for rough terrain so if you plan on jogging on grass or gravel get a tandem jogging stroller with at least 16 inflatable wheels.
Other features to look for include storages areas, brakes, and covers. Most jogging strollers have a tray under the seats for carrying extra gear, but you may also need pockets for cell phones, keys, and toys. There should be a hand brake for quick stops when jogging and a parking brake is also convenient.
Some jogging strollers come complete with rain covers while others have them available as accessories. Whether or not you need them depends on your climate and jogging habits.

Losing Pregnancy Weight
Losing weight after pregnancy presents a special type of problem. At no other time in a woman's life is she likely to gain as much weight in as short a period. And after having a baby, especially your first baby, life changes drastically. You might find it hard to make time to exercise. If you're nursing, you can't restrict calories. It seems as though many of the usual avenues to losing weight have been cut off.
Though experts recommend that a woman gain no more than about 27 pounds during pregnancy, for some of us, that's easier said than done. Some women report that they gained weight during pregnancy regardless of how carefully they controlled their eating, even if they made a point of exercising. Some pregnancies just seem to demand weight gain - interestingly, this seems to be particularly true of women who are naturally thinner than average to begin with. For a naturally 'skinny' woman to gain what might seem to be a huge amount of weight - sometimes up to sixty or even seventy pounds - during pregnancy seems to be a rather common phenomenon. Pregnancy seems to change the way that food is metabolized and fat is stored. The amount of weight you gain during pregnancy may even be genetic.
Of course, pregnancy food cravings also have something to do with it! We've all heard of some of the bizarre cravings that pregnant women can get, but in fact, most crave the nutrients they need the most. It's not uncommon for a woman who is normally a vegetarian to have strong cravings for meat while she is pregnant, for instance. These are cravings you can and should give in to, because your body is telling you what it needs.
Some women also find that they need to eat during the first trimester, because it keeps morning sickness at bay. 'Morning sickness' is actually a bit of a misnomer, as it can happen at any time of day or night. It tends to happen the most when your stomach is empty and your blood sugar is low. Some women pack on the pounds during these first few months of pregnancy just to keep from feeling sick all the time.
So, for one reason or another, many women find that it's very difficult or impossible to control their weight gain during pregnancy. That's not to say that you shouldn't try, of course, but if you know that you're eating healthy foods and the weight is coming on regardless, let it. You'll do more harm than good by trying to diet during pregnancy. As long as you aren't binging or eating unhealthy foods, rest assured that your body has its own wisdom and you are gaining weight because you need to.
Though only about ten or fifteen pounds are lost during delivery, there are plenty of opportunities to lose weight after the baby is born. For one thing, if you give it a month or so, you might find that most of the weight disappears on its own during nursing. In fact, that's one of the reasons why women are programmed to gain weight during pregnancy - after the baby's born, you need that extra weight. It all gets converted to milk to feed your baby. In fact, nursing full time burns about 500 calories a day - the same as a good workout. At that rate, you could lose a pound a week without even trying.
That having been said, there may come a time when you do have to put some effort into losing those last few pounds. After your baby is weaned, that natural means of weight loss isn't there anymore. It's time to start adding some workouts to your daily schedule. If you don't have the opportunity to exercise without the baby, take him along - that's why jogging strollers were invented. Or boost your calorie burning by carrying your baby in a front or back carrier while you go for a walk or hike. The babies love it, and for you, it's like carrying a constantly increasing weight around with your for hours at a time - great for burning fat.
After you have a baby, you may feel as though the baby has taken over your entire existence. It doesn't have to be that way. Take the time to reclaim your body and your time, and you'll have more energy to take on the hectic schedule of a new mother.
